RECRUITER TRAINING
Our recruiter training program is intense one-to-one training between the recruiter and their manager covering every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.
From sourcing and screening consultants to client liaison, placing consultants and providing post placement support. Every aspect of a recruiters role is covered in a structured training plan. Recruiters follow our processes and techniques and are continuously assessed to evaluate their performance and verify they are working to our methodology.

Working in the office and as part of a team offers our recruiters immediate support whenever it's needed.
Whether it's a quick question or an in depth discussion, managers and team members are available to answer questions, offer advice and work collaboratively.

Every employee receives a monthly review to provide positive feedback on their performance and to set objectives for the coming month. It's a great opportunity to hear how we think you're doing, to ask questions, or discuss whatever is important. MANAGEMENT TRAINING
Senior Recruiters who have expressed an interest in becoming a manager and who have met all the criteria to become eligible enter our management training program.
Management training concentrates on developing the skills required to successfully lead a team of recruiters and grow our business in specialist markets; developing clearly defined business objectives in line with our broader corporate goals, hiring and training recruiters, leading and developing recruiters, conducting performance reviews, setting recruiter and team goals, and promoting senior recruiters into team managers.
