Hybrid Working.
After a brief induction and training period enjoy the freedom to work hybrid, blending flexibility with in-person collaboration. All our staff work in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, working from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. There are multiple benefits for each option depending on each employees personal preferences.
