About the Organization:
A non-profit organization with 230 employees is currently implementing UKG Ready. They began the implementation two weeks ago and are already facing challenges.
Project Overview:
The organization is seeking an experienced UKG Ready Implementation Consultant to support them through the remaining phases.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up multiple clients (separate instances/EINs) in UKG Ready.
Ensure proper configuration of Payroll, HCM, and Time & Labor before expanding further.
Conduct a data scrub to verify accuracy and completeness.
Review system requirements and troubleshoot implementation issues.
Requirements:
Experience implementing UKG Ready with multiple EINs.
Expertise in Payroll, HCM, and Time & Labor within UKG Ready.
Strong data validation and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and UKG support.
