Paycom Implementation Consultant
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Paycom Implementation Consultants with expertise in data extraction to support new clients transitioning to the platform. This role focuses on extracting, cleaning, and preparing employee data from legacy HRIS systems for seamless import into Paycom.
You will be working closely with the Paycom implementation team and their clients—typically organizations with 500+ employees—that require specialized data migration support as part of their Paycom implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Extract and migrate employee data from legacy HRIS systems into Paycom.
Clean and structure data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors in extracted data.
Collaborate with client teams and implementation consultants for a smooth transition.
Provide insights on best practices for data mapping and transformation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Paycom implementations, specifically data extraction and import.
Strong background in HRIS data migration, with expertise in structuring and cleaning employee data.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot data-related issues.
Strong communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
Experience with SQL, Excel, or data transformation tools is a plus.
Additional Details:
Selected candidates will likely interview with our sales team before being introduced to clients.
