UKG Ready Consultant
Company Overview:
Environmental Services company with 500 employees, currently implementing UKG Ready. Operating with 18 partners under one EIN, each with unique policies (benefits, PTO, etc.). Rapid growth expected—aiming to double in size within a year.
Role:
Seeking a UKG Ready Consultant to provide expertise and guidance throughout implementation, ensuring the system is fully operational by July 2025.
Implementation Phases:
Phase 1 (Current): HR & Benefits
Phase 2: Payroll & Timekeeping
Phase 3: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance, LMS, etc.
Responsibilities:
Support and advise on UKG Ready implementation
Ensure smooth system setup and integration
Assist with configuration and policy customization
Train internal teams and troubleshoot issues
Qualifications:
Experience implementing UKG Ready
Knowledge of HR, payroll, and timekeeping processes
Ability to manage multi-partner policies
