Client (~500 employees, scaling rapidly) has recently transitioned all their systems into Dayforce over the past year. The client is looking for a skilled Dayforce Consultant to optimize their system with customized features and help them scale their business efficiently.
Seeking Assistance With:
Using Dayforce for HRIS, payroll, and basic functions.
Implementing employee performance management.
Transitioning pay range management from Google Sheets into Dayforce.
Finalizing and optimizing the onboarding process, currently in progress.
Identifying and utilizing parts of the system they are unaware of.
Resolving issues with benefits management.
