ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Consultant
Position Overview:
A manufacturing company is seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Consultant to provide expertise in system optimization, troubleshooting, and training. The company implemented ADP WFN five years ago and uses modules such as Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, HR, and Benefits. However, they lack clarity on module configurations, do not have a Time & Attendance system, and are experiencing ongoing system issues. This position is an opportunity to make a significant impact by resolving challenges, enhancing system functionality, and empowering the HR and Payroll teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Troubleshooting:
• Analyze and resolve a backlog of approximately 50 ongoing system issues.
• Collaborate with ADP support to address technical and functional challenges.
2. System Configuration & Optimization:
• Assess the current ADP WFN setup and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Configure modules for optimal performance, including Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, HR, and Benefits.
• Evaluate and recommend a suitable Time & Attendance solution for integration.
3. Training & Knowledge Transfer:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for the HR Generalists and Payroll Specialist to improve their proficiency with ADP WFN.
• Provide best practices and hands-on guidance for system management.
• Create user-friendly documentation and resources for ongoing reference.
Qualifications:
Experience:
• Proven track record as an ADP Workforce Now Consultant or similar role.
• Deep understanding of ADP WFN modules, particularly Payroll, HR, Recruiting, and Benefits.
• Familiarity with Time & Attendance systems and integration.
Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Expertise in configuring and optimizing ADP WFN modules.
• Excellent communication and training skills to empower less experienced team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with manufacturing companies or similar industries.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance and HRIS best practices.
Duration & Commitment:
This is a contract position. The timeline and hours will be determined based on the scope of work.
