We are seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Now Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of the ADP HCM suite for the Germany office of one of our clients, ensuring seamless integration with their U.S. ADP system. This role will be key in creating a unified HRIS for our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full implementation and configuration of ADP Workforce Now for the Germany office.

• Integrate the Germany ADP system with the U.S. ADP system to establish a unified global HRIS.

• Develop best practice recommendations for HCM system configuration.

• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and process documentation to support implementation.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and payroll requirements in Germany.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs.

• Provide ongoing support and system optimization post-implementation.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience implementing and configuring ADP Workforce Now, with a strong understanding of the HCM suite.

• Proven experience with multi-national payroll (U.S. and international).

• Expertise in creating BRDs and documenting HR and payroll processes.

• Knowledge of German HR and payroll practices is a plus.

• Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles, CA twice a week.
