Position Overview:
Seeking a UKG BI Reports Developer on a temporary basis for a local healthcare provider in Houston, TX. With approximately 460 employees working across 14 clinics in the Houston area, the client is in need of a skilled developer to assess reporting needs, recommend BI capabilities within UKG, develop essential reports, and provide knowledge transfer to their HRIS Analyst for report maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Assess reporting requirements and recommend appropriate BI capabilities within UKG.

• Develop and deliver various reports, including:

  • Monthly retention and attrition reports

  • Attendance and labor allocation reports

  • Shift schedules

  • Total rewards and compensation statements

  • 5500 reports (Q1 2024 from ADP WFN, Q2-Q4 from UKG)

• Provide training and documentation for the HRIS Analyst on report maintenance and usage.

Work Schedule:

• Approximately 10 hours per week for 4-8 weeks, depending on the findings and complexities of reporting needs.

Background Information:

• The organization recently implemented UKG Pro in Q2, transitioning from ADP WFN. The implementation phases included:

  • Core HCM and Payroll

  • Benefits

  • Recruiting and Onboarding

  • Performance Management (upcoming)

• Currently utilize a third-party application, Resource Manager, to manage scheduling, shifts, and time and attendance (T&A). This app integrates with UKG WFM, which handles accruals and paid time off (PTO). There are no plans to transition away from Resource Manager, and most reporting data can be sourced from UKG Pro and WFM.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a BI Reports Developer, preferably with UKG Pro and UKG WFM.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and knowledge transfer capabilities.
