Project Overview: Seeking a specialized Ceridian Dayforce Consultant to help streamline and enhance HR processes. Client migrated from ADP to Dayforce three years ago and now needs assistance in automating manual workflows, building out key functionalities, and implementing additional modules to optimize their system.

Summary of key objectives:

Disciplinary Action Tracking:

• Configure disciplinary types: coaching, 1st warning, 2nd warning, final warning, suspension, and termination.

• Configure reasons for disciplinary action.

• Migrate data from Excel to Dayforce.

• Automate workflows for approvals or notifications involving HR, Legal, and Ethics.

• Evaluate Dayforce access needed for Legal and Ethics – as they are not included in Dayforce visibility today (may need to create a user role limited to disciplinary action).

• Enable reporting across the organization for consistency and trend analysis.

• Provide training resources and support.

Employee Engagement Surveys:

• Automate 30-day onboarding and exit surveys.

• The organizational levels are well-established for drilling down to site and org level.

• Track engagement metrics and report trends organization-wide

• Provide training resources and support.

Performance Management:

• Automate the annual performance review process.

• Provide reporting on performance metrics.

• Required first live launch of reviews to employees no later than 12/13/24

• There are only 2 performance forms

Compensation Integration:

• Assist with quickly evaluating the Dayforce integration with Salary.com to determine it meets needs requirements, potentially speaking with other Dayforce users who utilize this functionality to understand the capabilities around benchmarking data and reporting and dashboards.

• Automate compensation benchmarking and salary data comparisons.
