Seeking an experienced UKG Workforce Management (WFM) consultant to provide expert advisory services for a WFM implementation. This role involves ensuring that all modules, particularly Accruals, Personas, Scheduling, Analytics, and Attendance, are aligned and configured to meet the client’s specific needs. The implementation partner will handle the technical configuration and testing, so this position is advisory rather than hands-on.

The consultant will work 5-10 hours per week, including a standing two-hour meeting every Tuesday at 2 PM CST to discuss progress with the internal project manager and the implementation partner. As the project is halfway through, the focus will soon shift to the testing phase, with the goal of going live by January 1st, 2025. This consulting opportunity will run through the end of the year, providing valuable input to ensure a successful implementation.
