LMS Administrator

We are seeking an experienced LMS/Cornerstone OnDemand Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role involves analyzing client requirements, configuring the CSOD platform to meet business needs, providing training and support, and ensuring seamless implementation and integration of LMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

LMS Implementation & Configuration:

  • Lead and manage the implementation of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and other LMS platforms.

  • Configure and customize CSOD modules, including Learning, Performance, Succession, and Recruiting, to meet client-specific requirements.

  • Ensure the successful integration of the LMS with other enterprise systems, such as HRIS, CRM, and ERP.

Client Consultation & Analysis:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for LMS usage, administration, and optimization.

  • Conduct needs assessments and gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.

Training & Support:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for administrators, end-users, and other stakeholders on how to effectively use the LMS.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for technical issues related to the LMS.

  • Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and best practice guidelines

Project Management:

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful and timely LMS implementations.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues, providing solutions as needed.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to meet client reporting needs.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the LMS by performing regular audits and data clean-ups.

  • Assist clients with data migration and importing/exporting of data between systems.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest CSOD and LMS industry trends, features, and best practices.

  • Identify and propose enhancements to improve LMS functionality, user experience, and administrative efficiency.

  • Participate in post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and apply lessons learned to future projects.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Education, or related field.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with LMS platforms, specifically Cornerstone OnDemand.

  • Proven experience in LMS implementation, configuration, and administration.

  • Experience working with HRIS, CRM, or ERP systems is a plus.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in LMS administration, configuration, and integration.

  • Strong understanding of CSOD modules, including Learning, Performance, and Recruiting.

  • Ability to create custom reports and dashboards.

  • Knowledge of SCORM, AICC, and xAPI standards.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications:

  • CSOD certification or relevant LMS certifications are preferred but not required.
