HRIS Project Coordinator
Small aviation company requires an organized HRIS Project Coordinator to manage multiple small HRIS projects.
Coordinate an RFP for a provider of required documents that need to be displayed in office locations (Gov docs, etc)
Assist in iCIMS background check provider switch and application process mapping.
Manage an RFP for a document management system including handling current paper files and converting/scanning.
Create a 12 month utilization calendar for HR on key processes and support needed from HR Shared Services.
Assist with HR Shared Services ServiceNow testing and roll out.
Assist with HR Communications templates creations.
Process mapping of key HR Processes (terminations, etc).
Assist in Org chart software review.
