Dayforce Consultant

Manufacturer with 1400+ employees, headquartered in Indiana with facilities / offices in the US (425 ee's), Canada, Germany, Mexico & China. 

Implemented Ceridian Dayforce a year ago for the US & Canada with plans to start a global rollout mid 2023. 

All round Dayforce Consultant needed to assess system for improvements, design and implement solutions, identify skills gaps and train HR staff and resolve a few identified issues: Connect Dayforce to the Active Directory. 

Improve some workflows in the recruiting module. 

Develop more in depth analytics / reports. 

Troubleshoot GL integration issues between Dayforce and JD Edwards. 

May need support for the global rollout.
