Oracle Time & Labor Support

TitleMax, a personal loan company with 2,000 employees, engaged ROCKCREST to ensure their Oracle HCM Time and Labor modules were compliant with California employment laws. With a January 1st go-live deadline, our Oracle HCM consultant, experienced in California-specific requirements, configured the necessary modules to meet regulatory standards. Fidelity Life, a 450-employee company operating across 28 states, turned to ROCKCREST to address critical payroll tax code issues following the departure of their payroll manager.
