As a staffing organization, ROCKCREST recognizes the importance of embracing diverse backgrounds, perspectives and experiences. Diversity encompasses the full range of human differences and similarities, including people of different ethnicities, races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, non-apparent and apparent disabilities, ages, educational backgrounds, social classes and beyond.

Recruitment + Selection.

We avoid stereotyping and using wording that may discourage groups with a particular protected characteristic from applying to our job advertisements. We endeavor to include a short policy statement regarding equal opportunity onto every job advertisement. Our strategy is to hire skilled and experienced personnel into our workforce, regardless of race, age, ethnicity, gender, disability, ethnicity, nationality, religion or sexual orientation.

Promotion + Training.

Workforce composition and promotions are monitored to ensure equality of opportunity at all levels of the company. Where appropriate, steps are taken to identify and remove unjustified barriers and to meet the special needs of disadvantaged or underrepresented groups. Managers are given appropriate training on equal opportunities and selection best practice.
