BW Energy, a 300-employee company headquartered in Norway with 80-100 US employees, engaged ROCKCREST to take over their Cornerstone implementation after their internal lead departed. International SOS Government Medical Services engaged ROCKCREST to provide SAP SuccessFactors training and support for their rapidly growing division. Jobvite Optimization

FirstCash Holdings, a retail and loan company with 7,000 employees across 12,000 US stores, partnered with ROCKCREST to optimize their Jobvite system following the acquisition of American First Finance. Our consultant customized Jobvite to meet retail hiring needs, including support for store managers and recruiters. We developed a succession plan, provided targeted training, and created a detailed training manual. Working closely with HR and recruiting leads, ROCKCREST enhanced Jobvite functionality, ensuring long-term efficiency and usability.
